Here is process of ordering through OnlineKurtisIndia.com.
- We dont accept online payment. Website is just to submit your offline order selecting quantity of products for desired item code.
- MOQ is 24 pcs per design.
- Order below 240 pcs will not be entertained.
- Upon receiving order fullfilling our MOQ will be replied with Invoice & Amount to pay including shipping cost as per shipping address given by the buyer.
- We accept payment by Bank to Bank Transfer.
- Payment Terms : 50% Advance Payment, Balance 50%+ Courier Charge after 15 days before dispatching kurtis.
- Courier Charge will be extra as per actual courier cost by courier company selected by you. We have Fedex, DHL, Aramex courier to ship kurtis worldwide. If you have account with any courier company, you can get your shipment picked from our warehouse at no courier charge.
- After dispatching the courier, we provide you Air Way Bill Number / Tracking code by email or whatsapp.
- We give you support through the order process, over email, phone & whatsapp chat.
- There is no return policy of goods with us. If there is manufacturing defect (which will not be there, because check each and every single pc. before packing), we will compensate the cost in your next order.
